Thanks for using Nexus Investigative Services.
This Terms of Service agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) is between you, i.e. “your, Account holder, client”, and Nexus Investigative Services LLC, i.e.“Nexus Investigative Services, Nexus Investigative Services LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and sets forth the legally binding terms for your access and use of the Services, except our surveillance product, which is subject to its own terms of service. The provided services of Nexus Investigative Services LLCs, and any text, graphics, photos, or other materials downloaded from or appearing on the Services (such materials, “Content”). Such features of the Services are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Each time that you access or use the Services, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein. When services from other Web sites and/or applications are made available through the Services (e.g., by logging into any of the Services using a social media username and password), you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those other Web sites and/or applications. Please take a few minutes and read the Terms of Service agreement that you’re entering into, and pay special attention to our dispute resolution policy in Section 1.3 which requires binding arbitration in most circumstances.

Electronic Communications: By accessing the Services, you consent to have this Agreement provided to you in electronic form and that all agreements, disclosures, and other communications that we may provide to you in electronic form satisfy any legal requirements that our communications with you be in writing. You acknowledge that when you provide us with your contact information, including an email address or telephone number (“Contact Information”), sharing this information with us constitutes a “purchase” or “inquiry” that establishes a business relationship between you and us.
You expressly agree that we may communicate with you about the Services, using any or all Contact Information you provide to us. You also represent and warrant that you have the legal authority over any telephone number you provide to us. We may contact you, in person or by recorded message, by e-mail, telephone and/or mobile telephone number (including use of automated dialing equipment), text message (SMS or MMS), or any other means of communication that your telecommunications device may be capable of receiving.
1. General Policies
1.1 Eligibility to Use the Services
In order to use the Services, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. In addition, you must not be barred from receiving services under United States law or the laws of any other jurisdiction. The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of eighteen years. If you are using any pay-to-use Services on behalf of your employer, you represent and warrant that you are authorized by them to accept these Terms, and that you will be using the Services for internal business use only. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or deny your access to the Services for any (or no) reason, with or without notice and without further obligation.
You do not ha person of interest above, Have a Restraining order or Stay Away Order against You or any immediate family member or friend? YES or NO.
1.2 Accounts and Security
Account Creation. In order to access and use certain Services, you will be asked to login using a provided temporary passcode which will require you to create a personal passcode to access your client portal for your user account (an “Account”). You agree: (i) that the Registration Data you provide will be true, accurate, current and complete at the time you provide it; (ii) to maintain and update such Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete; and (iii) that may contact you and require you to confirm some or all of your Registration Data before using or continuing to use these Services. We reserve the right to terminate the limited licenses granted to you and to refuse to provide you with any and all current or future use of the Services if, in our sole discretion, we determine or are of the opinion that any of your Registration Data is, or appears to be, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities, charges and/or liabilities that occur from your Account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree that you will not share your username and password, or transfer, sub-license, sell or assign your rights in your Account to any other person or entity. You may not open multiple Accounts for the same service, and we will close Accounts associated with the same credit or debit card. You must immediately notify Nexus Investigative Services LLc of any unauthorized use of your Account, login credentials, or any other breach of security of which you become aware by emailing Nexus investigative Services within the contact page. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and we may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Nexus Investigative Services LLC has no obligation to retain any data associated with your Account if it is terminated.
Audit. Nexus Investigative Services reserves the right to audit your use of the Services and Content. You agree to cooperate and to provide us all documentation reasonably requested related to the use of your account.

You hereby agree to employ the services of Nexus Investigative Services LLC, a licensed Private investigation agency under the Laws of the State of Wisconsin. The Information furnished by Nexus Investigative Services LLC, at the request of the client is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and for the client’s information only. Client agrees to hold same in STRICT CONFIDENCE for his own exclusive use, never to be communicated, except for legal permissible reasons, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The information supplied to client may NOT be used for purposes that may cause physical or emotional harm to the subject of the report or for any criminal acts such as stalking, harassing, etc. Client further agrees to be personally responsible for any damage arising from a violation of any of the above provisions. The client further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Nexus Investigative Services LLC, from any and all actions to include causes of actions, damages, claims and or demands of any type that arise indirectly or directly from the information or investigation requested above. Nexus Investigative Services LLC is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, client’s misinformation/ miscalculations, person of interest actions, events or any factors that are not directly in the control of Nexus Investigative Services LLC. This form releases Nexus Investigative services LLC, for legal purposes.
The person of interest i.e. “subject, claimant” does not hold legal action’s of any kind against you i.e. ‘restraining orders, or any protection orders,’

This Privacy Notice is designed to provide you with information regarding data collection and use in connection with our products and services that post or include a link to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice explains how Nexus Investigative Services LLC uses the data collected by its Web sites, products, and services, but does not apply to databases or third parties that we do not control. Nexus Investigative Services LLC is located in the United States. The records we use are limited to and obtained from within North America, and our products and services are limited for use only in the United States.
A. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1. Why do we collect data?
We collect data in order to effectively provide useful products and services to you and others. We also use this data to improve the quality of those products and services.
2. What kind of data do we collect directly?
We collect information such as:
(a) Contact and demographic data. We may collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data. We also may collect data about you such as your age, country, and preferred language.
(b) Account credentials. We collect passwords and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
(c) Usage data. We do not collect data about how you use our products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, data such as the search terms you enter, the pages you visit, the links you hover over and click on, and the items you purchase. We do not collect data about your device such as IP address, device identifiers, and data about the network, operating system, or software you use to connect to our products and services.
(d) Location data. We do not collect location data such as GPS coordinates or data deprived from IP addresses.
(e) Payment data. If you make a purchase, we collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your name, credit card number, and security code.
When you are asked to provide personal data, you may decline. But if you choose not to provide data that is necessary to provide a product or service, you may not be able to use some features or services.
3. How do we collect data?
The data we collect depends on the services and features of our products that you use. You provide some data directly, such as when you create an account or contact us for support. Our server provider does not collect information known as “log data,” that includes your IP address, the time your computer or device visited the site, the URL of the Web site you arrived from, and the type of device or browser you used to access the site.
4. Do we get data anywhere else?
We do not obtain data from third party providers except in the form of how our product and services is used.
5. How do we use the data we collect?
We use data to provide useful products and services, and customer support, to our users. We also use data to verify information we have received from public and third-party sources, to help us analyze the usage and effectiveness of our products and services, and to improve our products and services. We may use data to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and to protect our users against fraud and abuse. We may also use data to send you communications, including promotional communications, or to serve advertising to you.
6. Do we share the data we collect? Why?
We share data as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested or authorized. For example, when you provide payment data to make a purchase, we will share payment data with entities that process payment transactions, and for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction. We also provide data to the consumer users of Nexus products and services.
We share data with companies working on our behalf, such as vendors we have hired to provide customer service. We may disclose and sell data as part of a corporate transaction such as a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We also share data when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, to respond to a legal process, such as a subpoena, or to help prevent the loss of life or serious injury of anyone. Under certain circumstances, applicable law may prohibit or require us to provide you with additional notice regarding sharing of data. We may, unless legally required to provide you notice, disclose data in response to a subpoena without giving you notice.
7. How do we protect your information?
We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.
You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer/phone, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
8. How do you access and control your personal information?
You may use your account to access, correct, or change any personal information that you have provided to us or that is associated with your account. You may also email our team at nexusinvestigativeservices.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Please note that your ability to correct or change your personal information does not extend to information that we have received from third parties.
C. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Children’s privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly publish information for anyone under the age of 18. If you know of anyone under the age of 18 whose information is published through our services, or have other concerns about children’s privacy, please contact us through NexusInvestigativeservices.com.
